We get it, buying something intimate online takes a leap. Here's how returns work:

Unopened products

You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@fredcare.com with your order number. Once we receive the product back, you'll receive the full purchase amount refunded.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned, but if something's wrong (damaged, defective, or you had a reaction), tell us. We'll make it right.

Refunds

Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
